The matrix can be defeated by our taking active part in the body politic, infusing vital, popular energy into our constitutional democracy:

• Become personally involved in the 2008 electoral process on the anti-Depopulation matrix platform – There are over 550,000 elected political offices in the USA. Run for office; work for a candidate, at the municipal, county, state, federal level.

• Aggressively seek removal of U.S. President George W. Bush and Vice President Richard B. Cheney through the constitutional means of Article II Impeachment or Article III criminal prosecution for treason in the 9/11 false flag attack on the USA.

• Publicize the Depopulation matrix’s existence and attack the constitutionality and legitimacy of its component false flag “laws and Executive Orders” at every opportunity in every available arena.

• Create community phone and email trees to coordinate information and resistance in the event of a False Flag attack by the Bush Administration on the population of the USA.

This seems notably deficient as a manual to resist martial law in several significant ways:

1. Voting machines and the electoral process have already been compromised and co-opted

2.  Political action has been foreclosed by the above and therefore has little advantage for those who choose freedom

3. Publicizing the Depopulation matrix’s existence and attacking the constitutionality and legitimacy of its component false flag “laws and Executive Orders” at every opportunity in every available arena is a pre-martial law action that is too late once martial law is established.

4. Creating community phone and email trees to coordinate information and resistance would come to naught merely by the control of the telephone lines. In New Orleans this was one of the attempted control measures by the martial law authorities.

Hurricane Katrina was an exercise in martial law in the US. It failed in many ways to do what the people would have expected of their government but it succeeded marvelously as training and testing of the means by which martial law might succeed and be sold or disguised by the disgusting corporate media. There must be far more foresight in planning to resist martial law.

People must learn who they are and who they are not. They must choose to live in reality instead of the Matrix. They must understand the difference between our government statutes or community ordinances which are the "color of law" not truly LAW. Jesus pointed to this in Romans 13 wherein it is told that he suggested that we look at the image on a coin and he asked who that was. The reply was that it was the image of Caesar. So he said, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and unto God, that which is God's." Carefully scrutininzed it can be seen that Caesar's is the mere image or "color" of authority. Therefore, that which is Caesar's is imaginary and only that which is God's is Real.

There are preachers and other propagandists for the pretended authority who have used this imagery to legitimize authority for their earthly rulers to give them a divine right to rule, whether monarchy or parliamentary. They've missed the mark and misconstrued the meaning of the statement. Who created the silver or gold? Caesar? A mere image of authority is not real authority. Who created the silver or gold of the coin? The Creator was God, not Caesar.

The Martial Law Civil Defense Manual must include not only preparedness but a carefully laid plan that would help people remain free by resisting challenges to their freedom. Those who resisted the Soviet regimes would have much to share with us on now to survive and fight the communist regimes that exist in most nations in the world. The only difference between Soviet Communism and the subtle communism of the New World Order is method and means. The latter can easily become the rule rather than the exception. We must not mistake preparedness in terms of life as usual or mistake the image of reality for the Truth of Reality.

We need a sober look at what happens if and when the NWO establishes martial law ever again. What exactly should we consider for our defense at that point? What are the circumstances we are likely to face and how might we counter these moves? We need to consider our options now and prepare to act should such a horrible time descend upon us.

     I am a seasoned geo-political intel  analyst who has spent time in the Mid-East - among other credentials.  I  also come from a Latin ethnicity whose heritage included the tradition of  hospitality to those who were invited to my home or my country.  I am  multi-lingual - have been a foreign diplomat - Honeywell aero-apace scientist  - have traveled to dozens of foreign countries - lived among other cultures -  am a successful retired businessman and while you were still in Jr high school  - was a commanding a combat training infantry company of some 235 men - the  youngest officer on record to do so at that time ( 1961)  Later on I  commanded an elite Special Operations Airborne A -Team - so I have not  garnered my knowledge or learned opinions via an 'armchair'.   I  have 'paid my dues' - and with  HONOR!

     What I witnessed recently was one of the  most embarrassing and disgusting experiences of my life. Your conduct was not  only inappropriate - but of a thug bully mentality which has tainted the  reputation of my country - my native land that I have risked my life to  protect.  How much was it Mr. Bollinger? - 30 pieces of silver?  Was  that what the Jews paid you for your cowardly 'assassination'?  I would  have expected such ignorant slanderous crudeness from filth like Bill Clinton  - but not a person of your prestigious position. Do you REALLY have ANY idea  of the amount of IRREPARABLE damage you have committed by you arrogant  malevolent slanderous insults!  The man you so maliciously insulted and  falsely maligned, holds a doctorate degree and is the elected President of a  sovereign nation. You might at least had the decorum to recognize those facts.  

     Of all the countries in the Mid-East  where I was NOT shown courtesy, respect and hospitality - the ONLY place was  IsraHELL.  What was really an eye opener was that before my actual  experiences there, I had expected exactly the opposite!  As long as that  land of Godless liars, thieves, prostitutes, porn kings, white slavers,  murderers, cheats, frauds, mobsters, Marxists, racists and traitors to America  EXISTS - there will NEVER  EVER be ANY peace on this planet. Today's English Colonies Reveal their Pirate Background

The international community, through the >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>UN General Assembly in New York, has adopted the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, despite high-profile opposition from the United States of America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> In a joint statement in May 2006, the United States, Australia and New Zealand had rejected the assertion that aboriginal people have the right to "self-determination," saying it was inconsistent with international law.

Although non-binding, the declaration sets out global human rights standards for indigenous populations. Article 26 of the UN declaration states: "Indigenous peoples have the right to the lands, territories and resources which they have traditionally owned, occupied or otherwise used or acquired."

In his address to the General Assembly before the vote, Canada's UN ambassador, John McNee, said Canada had "significant concerns" over the declaration's wording on provisions addressing lands and resources, as well as another article calling on states to obtain prior informed consent with indigenous groups before enacting new laws or administrative measures.

How much clearer need he be in declaring that indigenous people of Canada do not have a right to their lands? He speaks for the invader, the usurper, the pirate of other people's properties. He speaks for the privateer enterprise that is the British Empire.

McNee said that article of the document is "overly broad, unclear and capable of a wide variety of interpretations." He feared that it could lead to the reopening of previously settled land claims and existing treaties. In other words, he would be unwilling to correct the unjust contracts of the past.

Indian Affairs Minister Chuck Strahl said Canada opposed the declaration because it lacks clear guidance for implementation and conflicts with the existing Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which the government believes already protects the rights of aboriginals. He claimed that the government supports the spirit and intent of the declaration, but could not support the "last-minute" amendments it said were made at UN meetings without Canada's participation. For the past year Canada has aligned itself with such countries as Russia and Colombia in its bid to derail the declaration.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper had earlier expressed his concerns about the language of the document. Harper said,

"We shouldn't vote for things on the basis of political correctness; we should actually vote on the basis of what's in the document,"

However, human rights and aboriginal groups claim Harper's Conservative Party launched a well-financed campaign to derail the declaration and undermine a process supported by the previous Liberal government. The indigenous leaders say Ottawa is trying to keep control of the vast resources on land claimed by aboriginal communities.

The government's argument that the declaration goes against the Charter simply doesn't stand up, said Paul Joffe, part of the legal team that has been trying to convince countries to support the human rights of indigenous peoples. He said

We find that totally [incredible] because the declaration expressly states that in the exercise of the rights, every right has to respect the human rights of others. There has never been a very clear explanation of Canada's position.

"In our view, it's a stain on Canada's reputation internationally," Fontaine told CBC News on Thursday in an interview from New York. "In this case, Canada is blowing against the very consistent position it has taken in the last few decades. … When they decided to go against the thing that they had supported for so long, it was inexplicable."

Fontaine noted the declaration does not include any form of aboriginal veto and would not trump domestic law. He said.

It's an aspirational document, neither convention nor treaty ... We're talking here about minimum standards that relate to our right to self-rule of our territories.

Although Strahl said the government is moving ahead on "making an actual difference" in improving the daily lives of aboriginal Canadians, instead of offering "empty promises and rhetoric" his remarks established the intent of the Canadian privateers to retain control of their booty and treat the indigenous people as a dependent class. He cited Tory initiatives such as including First Nations peoples in the Human Rights Act, improving water quality on reserves and providing a compensation package for victims of residential schools. Giving the people the right of self-determination doesn't fit into the plans for the land privateers.

"I really believe that they're afraid of that,"  said Beverley Jacobs, president of the Native Women's Association of Canada. "I think they're afraid of indigenous people having some measure of control of our own processes, of our own institutions, and dealing with our own laws within our own territories."

"It was a very happy occasion, on the one hand," said Mary Simon, president of Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, who was in New York for Thursday's vote. "But, also as a Canadian, there was also a sense of disappointment because Canada voted against."

Simon, whose organization represents Canada's Inuit, worked with other indigenous groups at the United Nations to draft the declaration during the mid-1980s and early '90s. Angus Toulouse, Ontario regional chief said,

We feel that there's been sufficient discussion, and let's get on with the declaration and let's have the international community acknowledge the rights of the indigenous peoples.

Gatekeepers of the Right Play the Race Card

Terror alert & fear grips the media again as the members of a British plot to unleash a wave of car bomb attacks across Britain are captured. Articles appear in our Australian press warning of up to 3000 young home-grown terrorists that could become radicalised.

Analyses are published telling us that "Islam Must Face Its Uncomfortable Truths" (The Australian, 3/7/07, p.12). But the problem is much deeper than that.

An article in the U.K. International Express (26/6/07, pp.24-25) "Destination Slough" says that Slough in Berkshire is struggling to cope with a flood of immigrants. The sub-headline says: "As the government admits immigration is out of control, racial tensions grow in the Berkshire town where 80 languages are spoken & a quarter of the population have come from abroad."

Books such as Mark Steyn's "America Alone: The End of the World As We Know It" (2006) are right to see radical Islam as a major threat to the West. But it is only part of a major general immigration-led disaster.

The U.K. Department of Education has just released figures showing that in London primary schools, 53.4 % of students do not use English as their main language. In secondary schools the figure drops slightly to 49.3 %. These sorts of statistics are replicated across the country. No nation can survive the type of chaos caused by the undermining of a common language.

Thus the British government's commission on the future of a "Multiethnic Britain" has rejected the concept of "Britishness" itself & advocates that British history be "revised, rethought, or jettisoned". They call it multiculturalism, but we should call it cultural genocide, the attack on our kind.

The original of the political correctness ideology, as argued by Frank Ellis in his book "Political Correctness and the Theoretical Struggle", is firmly rooted in communist doctrine. Old Chairman Mao spoke & wrote about it a lot. Now we live under it: hasn't Lenin, Marx & Mao really won? Perhaps the first battle, but we must not let it end this way!

Abbie Hoffman and Jerry Rubin were high profile gatekeepers of the left in the 60's, steering chanting sheeple into the side streets where the police lay in wait and then they would disappear into cars that removed them from harm's way.

Today intellectuals like Noam Chomsky and Norman Solomon give us a fragment of the truth while steering us away from the glaring anomalies in the Official Conspiracy Theory that explains 9-11 in terms of Islamist hijackers. Scientific evidence is rejected or buried in pseudo-scientific mumbo-jumbo to confuse the large portion of the people who don't have a clue about the Law of Free Fall or the niceties of the Second Law of Thermodynamics.

The gatekeepers of the left and the right are ideologically and journalistically positioned to keep the sheep from straying while the fences are being built around them. 9-11, Madrid, and London 7-7-2024 are guideposts to help us see the path of truth in the muddy waters of the New World Order. Once you know the gatekeepers you can discern which way they are heading us so you can choose to go your own way or follow the sheeple back into the fold. August 5, "Noble" Resolve Terror “Exercise” to be held in Oregon

Operation Noble Resolve is a terror drill coming to Portland, Oregon. Perhaps significantly it begins on Hiroshima Day, August 5. We are building an emergency group trying to stop this possible next 9/11.

At least five such war games were running on 9-11 under the command of Vice President Cheney. One of them, Amalgam Virgo, was a live exercise involving commercial passenger jets hitting tall buildings. It didn’t turn out to be an exercise. Another such exercise was planned for London on the morning of 7/7/2024. It was to be a bomb in the London subway system.  That didn’t end as an exercise either. We don’t want the same fate for Portland, Oregon, the Pacific Northwest or the whole USA. Now with National Security Presidential Directive 51, any such calamity would bring martial law and a Bush dictatorship. He’s already let slip three times that he’d like to be dictator.

Please help with the following action item:

The headliner on the front page of the Oregonian today --- DeFazio's battle with the DHS secrecy over Continuity of Government. We need to get everyone to write in letters to the editor. State the fact that Noble Resolve and Topoff are coming to Portland. Draw the parallels with 9-11-01. State in plain, factual terms that numerous drills were scheduled for 9-11-01 (name a few: Vigilant Guardian, Northern Vigilance, etc. and one of them was a live fly with a plane into building scenario.) State that Cheney was put in charge of preparedness and drills on May 8, 2024 and still holds that appointment. I believe there was also a continuity of government drill on 9-11-01.

NOBLE RESOLVE is too dangerous to allow in Oregon. This exercise, drilling War on Terror scenarios in Oregon, comes just as the media is filling up with warnings of a new 9/11 and the recent Presidential Executive Orders: NSPD 51, 5/10/07, "... allows the sitting president to declare a "national emergency" without Congressional approval..."

Drills like these have a history of going live (e.g. 09/11/01-NYC and DC & 07/07/05 -London) and now we have NSPD 51 — the equivalent of Hitler's Article 48. NO NOBLE RESOLVE FOR OREGON

Dear Congressman DeFazio:

The Oregonian recently reported on your investigation of President Bush's "continuity of government" Executive Order, and on how the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) thwarted your request for details. As I am sure you are aware, DHS will be leading two emergency response drills in Portland over the next 3 months: "Noble Resolve" in August and "Top Off" in October. Just as you rightly sought details on the Bush Executive Order, Oregon citizens need and deserve information about these military exercises.

We are concerned that federal, state and local agencies will not plan and conduct these "terrorism drills" with sufficient transparency and public oversight. To address this need for local awareness of, agreement to, and participation in exercises ostensibly designed for local security, safety and welfare, we propose the immediate formation of a Portland Citizens' Oversight Committee to represent citizens' interests.

We request your endorsement of this reasonable request and hope you will assist us in establishing such an oversight committee. We hope you will agree that when a Federal agency such as DHS seeks to conduct exercises in Oregon, full transparency to the public and oversight by Oregon citizens is essential.

Our initial research on the Top Off exercise revealed contradictory statements and a disturbing lack of openness on the part of local officials. We do know that Portland will receive $2 million for the Top Off exercise alone. No such figure has been publicized regarding Noble Resolve.

The Top Off drill, which DHS calls a "terrorism drill" (but local officials refer to as an "emergency preparedness exercise") will begin on approximately 10/5/07, to last for 9 to 10 days. Though Noble Resolve is scheduled for August, no similar details or schedule have been released. We therefore have a series of immediate concerns about this exercise:

* what will be the precipitating event?
* will there be enhanced police presence?
* will the National Guard be involved?
* will there be contractors involved (e.g., Blackwater)?
* and will either or both drills involve rehearsals of local and federal response to a "catastrophic emergency," as defined under NSPD 51, up to and including the declaration of martial law?

With the Bush track record on disaster response and media manipulation, Oregonians are not naive enough to trust the Federal government to adequately inform and interact with Portland residents prior to these terrorism drills. Case in point, as of now, there has not even been an announcement about Noble Resolve, and it is due to take place in August, just days or weeks from now.

Another general concern is that the Mayor's office seemed almost unaware of the recent Presidential Executive Orders: NSPD 51, 5/10/07, "... allows the sitting president to declare a "national emergency" without Congressional approval, leading to the de facto closing down of the Legislature and the militarization of justice and law enforcement"; and the amended International Emergency Economic Powers Act, 7/17/07, "allowing the US regime to seize the property of anyone found to be interfering with the reconstruction of Iraq." In correspondence with both the Mayor's office and Commissioner Sam Adams' office, I have provided material to round out their knowledge of these Presidential directives.

We would be glad to discuss this matter with you or your staff further, and/or supply resources in addition to those referenced below, that will corroborate the concerns expressed in this letter. We will copy this letter to other Congresspersons, Senators Wyden and Smith, Governor Kulongowski, Mayor Potter, members of City Council, and a variety of local press and online media, to raise awareness of these drills and our urgent proposal for enhanced transparency and public involvement, given the current political climate. We hope to receive your response this week, given the exigency of the August drill. Please inform your staff that we will make a follow up call on this matter if we do not hear back from you.
